Ever Think to Get Paid for Online Surveys?
I recently registered to be a member of SurveySavvy to participate in surveys online. Heather will be signing up within a couple of days too. If you join, you can get paid when you participate in surveys. When you refer friends, you will get paid for their participation and their friends' participation. They pay cash! Check out the Earnings Calculator in the Refer Friends section. Go there now and click on 'Join'. Hey, why not get paid for your opinions. If you would like a pay for membership to a directory that literally contains hundreds of sites like this, please go here. It is one hundred percent legit', and they are genuinely interested in helping you get started with paid surveys online. There will be a commitment on your part to participate, but hey, it could help you with some of the bills around the house.

Working on the Jewelry Site
Man-o-man. I have been working on my jewelry site today ( Your Personal Jeweler). I am trying to reorganize the categories as I used to have just "Finished Jewelry" and "Religious Jewelry". I realized that people who shop for jewelry usually don't think, "hmmm, let me go to the jewelry store and find some finished jewelry". At least I know that I would say, "hmmm, let me go check out the bracelets at that store". So hard at work am I, trying to get this set up properly. As usual, I have had technical difficulties for some unknown reason. Thankfully, I have overcome them, but all I managed to do was change the categories. I really wanted to add more products. We literally have thousands and thousands of products to put in the database, but time and other obligations has prevented serious progress here. Hopefully, if you're reading this, you will find yourself a customer of my jewelry store at some point. Have a nice day.

Check Out the Oxymoron List Yet?
I love Oxymorons. They crack me up. So why do you drive on a parkway, and park on a driveway anyway? Here are some of the oxymorons from the list on you right: - A Fine Mess
- A just war
- A little big
- a little pregnant
- A new classic
- absolutely unsure
- abundant poverty
- Accidentally on Purpose
- accurate estimate
- accurate horoscope
- accurate rumors
- accurate stereotype
- acrophobic mountain climber
- Act Naturally
- active retirement
- actual reenactment
- acute apathy
- acute dullness
- adult children
I was actually thinking of writing short stories that primarily consisted of oxymorons. If nothing else, It would make me laugh...and I'd be satisfied. Nothing else to report. Last night was another good, actually great service, at Camp Meeting. The kids, for the most part, have been cooperating. Hannah actually slept the entire trip (1 hour) home! This was a very good thing. Another good thing happened last night. I actually got a complete 8 hours sleep. Wow! I forgot what that felt like. Another plan I have in the works is to start a daily devotion online called Coffee with Jesus. If I start it, I will post here and create a link so that you know of it's existance. Ok...enough...

Great Service Last Night
Well we had to travel an hour to get to Camp Meeting, but it was definitely worth it! The preacher, Tim Hill, did an outstanding job. You could really feel the Lord's presence there. On the way home Heather had to sit in the back seat with Hannah in order to keep her from fussing too much. Over all, even though we got home super late, it was a good evening. We are going to venture out again tonight to Camp Meeting. There are services in the morning too, but it is too difficult to get to them being so far away and having to pay for all that gas. Hannah , our six month old, cracks me up. She looks around the room as if she knows what is going on. Sometimes she'll look at me and just raise her eyebrow as if to say, "Dad, smarten up". I tell my wife that she is actually a super genius as a result of the Nitric Oxide the doctors had to give her while in the intensive care unit after she was born. Not to be confused with Nitrous Oxide (laughing gas), she was given this in order to help her blood pressure resume normal newborn levels as her system was trying (or did??) revert to the fetal circulatory system due to the stress of what was going on. Obviously she recovered from everything (a story of another future post to be sure), and is doing quite well now. Her loud, persistent screaming when she is not happy is living proof that she is a well adjusted baby now. Today I have been working on my site that promotes a Christian home school program. I am trying to make it as usable and useful as possible as I will be trying to promote it nationally this summer. Wish me well please. I am pretty excited about it, and hopefully I will have it finished within the next week or so. Ok...enough rambling...

Not Much Time...
Not much time to post today. We are headed off to State Camp Meeting. It is about an hour away and starts and 7pm. I'm not sure if I'll feel like blogging when I get home, so I decided to make an entry now. State Camp Meeting is a series of church meetings that the regional state office sponsors for one week every year. They invite different speakers every year. The preaching is usually phenominal. We are looking forward to going, but we don't know how the babies will hold up in the car. Especially the youngest one. When she gets tired, she likes to be in her crib, not the car seat. As a result, the screaming gets quite, well, unbearable. We have plan of action tonight. We will move the car seat to where Heather can sit next to her. Then, if things go haywire, she can comfort Hannah and help her to fall asleep. Hopefully. Well, time to get cleaned up for church...

Oh What Fun!
Oh what fun it is to write. What a great outlet. Many people journal their thoughts in a notepad. Naturally, if you are going to write anything too personal, you should probably keep to that idea. However, if you don't mind others reading what you write, then go ahead and start a blog. If you want your own domain, ie, www.yourfirstandlastname.com, go to WebBoss and register your domain for about $10/year. Then for about $60 a year you can have your domain hosted on a server and start a blog telling the world your thoughts and sharing your most prized writing abilities. If you have any questions about setting things up, just use the contact link on that page and send the WebBoss your inquiry. I hear he is a pretty nice guy and will try his very best to help you out. Ok, the owner of that site is me. As you can see from reading my posts, it doesn't have to be anything too intimate. You can tell stories, write about politics or religion, share about the things you value the most, tell about you children, talk about your friendships (no gossip though), or just talk about the joys of living. Whatever it is, make it positive and upbeat. There is enough negetivity on the Net. Enough rambling.

I Won, I Won !
You know how it seems like everyone else seems to win the contests, door prizes, and free give aways. Well I'm one of those people who typically don't win anything. Even when I go to a banquet or a reception, I usually end up picking the table that gets fed last. Hint: It you go to a reception and see me their, don't sit with me if you want to be fed first! At any rate, tonight at church we had a visiting singer come in that I had never heard of before. He was quite good. Upon entry to the sanctuary we were asked to fill out cards. In return we were given a little bracelet and our cards were put in a jar for a drawing for a free t-shirt that said, "Jesus Rocks". Ok, so I don't usually wear any kind of shirt that advertises anything other than the fact that I need to lose 20 pounds, but I thought it would be ok to enter the drawing. As it turns out, I won. Amazing. Has my luck turned? (I don't believe in luck...) Can it be that a new era in my life has begun? Are great rewards and prizes awaiting me at the next function I attend? Will I be found at one of the first tables to be fed at the next reception that I attend? The possiblities are endless. My hopes are renewed. My dreams are re-established. I may now boldly go where no other has. The President my even call... Oh, excuse me. I forgot myself. It was just a t-shirt after all. Enough rambling...
